This is the design I created for the weekly eNewsletter that our church sends out to over 400 people.  It is created using an free online tool to make creation (with rich features) and distribution very easy.

Intro: In 2009 we began using Mailchimp as a tool for our eNewsletter.  They offer it free to non-profits using less that 2500 sends a week.  The ease of use and quality of the end product made this an easy choice.  I created from one of the stock designs they have.  Saving it as a template has allowed a trained staff person to grab news, graphics and links from many ministry teams and staff and create this weekly in about 30 minutes.  It looks great full-sized in a mailbox on a screen, but also as a document opened on a mobile phone.
